        "Found: Treasury's automatic cycles top-up would not have worked on mainnet. The ICP-to-cycles transfer used the wrong memo, so the cycles minter would refund the ICP minus fees and mint nothing; the deployed build also traps when reading that refund. Treasury also cannot read other canisters' cycles because it is not their controller. Fixed in code and tested locally against a real local cycles minter. Not deployed; it is off on mainnet (heartbeat paused, no recipients).",
